Appearance While most of his life was rather easy and uneventful, the few short years of hard living that Molock endured have left him looking quite aged and worn out. His sleek black hair is streaked with a heavy amount of steely gray, and his face is marked with lines--especially around his eyes. Stress and famine led to a loss of weight and muscle tone, leaving Molock with a wiry, gaunt look. As a result, the ridges and scales on his face and neck are particularly prominent.

Molock has the appearance of a man who has been weakened and nearly defeated, but there is still fire and passion within him. He makes an extra effort to carry himself with strength and boldness and to keep a stern look on his face. Molock is quite aware that his presentation is all he has left to maintain an image of strength and power.

Personality: On the surface, Molock is cold, power-hungry, and pragmatic. These traits have served him well in the currently harsh environment. Molock has no trouble injuring or even killing another to steal food. However, he does not think of himself as a cold-blooded killer. He goes out of his way to make sure that all of his actions--good or bad--have a clearly define purpose. Most often that purpose is preservation of himself or his family.

Molock is a loving man, and he cares deeply about his family, though he expresses his love in a way that may seem unusual to most non-Cardassians. He would gladly die to protect them and provide for them, and on several occasions he has put himself in harm's way for that exact purpose. He feels that his family represents what little order remains in their decaying world. As such, the lives of anyone else matter little.
