Skin;; Pale, basically average
Build;; Skinny, average height
Appearance;;HairAlex's hair is black, and just about shoulder length. It is very curly, almost puffy, and is not liked by the fifteen year old at all. Alex has tried once or twice to straighten his hair, mostly for fun, but it ends up looking like a mess. It is almost envy that Alex passes to his sister when he sees her brown, wavy hair. It was his father who had the puffy hair, or so his sister says. Alex's bangs cover up his eyes quite perfectly, though he tells everyone he can see.
Facial FeaturesAlex inherited most of his facial features from his father, also. His eyes are a dull brown, and show his emotions quite while. He has thin, always talking, smiling, or frowning lips, and a rather large nose everyone on his mother's side wears. His teeth are very soft, and have a cavity each, at the least.
Skin/BuildBeing part of a rather big-boned family, it is a surprise that Alex had been built rather skinny, as had his sister. Alex and his sister know, however, that their father had been skinny. Alex has pale skin, that sun burns way to easily.
WardrobeAlex is actually quite picky about what he wears. Mostly, you'll see him in khaki shorts, and plaid button-up shirts, or baggy, jean shorts and plain t-shirts. He doesn't really care about trends to much, but isn't a trend setter. He just wears what he wears, and sometimes people like it, and sometimes they don't.
I need to start to be myself, cause I'm sick of everybody else

Personality;; Alex hates being alone. He never misses a party, and is always right there. However, he more likes to stand on the sidelines, maybe break a few moves, than be the center of attention. He loves to talk, smile, and laugh. Alex has no problem talking to girls, but pictures each one in their underwear upon first meeting, even if he doesn't want to. When silence breaks, he can't help but tap his foot or hum to make noise. However, he can't tell cashiers about his day, and always seems to ignore strangers. A strange child, he is.
Alex is, in all, a very social person. He's always out and about, with other people he knows, partying away or simply walking and talking. Everyday is different. Not only does he hate routine, but he loves change. Alex actually
asks his adoptive mother to move. "We've been living here to long," he'd say. Alex hates sleeping, and is usually asleep late and up early.
A very creative person, Alex is. He actually enjoys school, for the most part, though despises math. Alex plays the tuba, and does so quite well. He loves teaching people things, because it makes him seem smart. He doesn't show off, but he likes showing others what he can do. Wether it's a tongue twister, a dance competition, or a spelling bee.
Alex doesn't forgive easily. He holds grudges like there's no tomorrow, and will not forgive someone unless they give him a reason he can't turn down, or he misses them. He is very determined, and will do anything for something or someone he believes in.
Animals are everything to Alex. He holds onto his scruffy dog, Ben, and his kitten, Meggie, like he'd hold onto a child. Alex works part time as a dog walker and pet sitter, which not only brings in some money, allows Alex to do what he loves to do.
Alex knows how to hide his emotions, but will break down in front of his sister. He is very close to her, and goes for her when he needs help. Besides with his eyes, Alex's inside feelings can never be read.

Place of Birth;; St. John's, Newfoundland
History;; Even as a young child, Alex didn't have the best life. After his father was killed, his mother went into a state of almost killing herself. She'd leave three-year-old Mackenzie alone with Alex, and together they'd huddle, hoping their mother would become normal again. When Alex was three, social workers took him and his sister away. At first, they were to be put in separate foster homes, but Alex put up such a fuss one family was able to take them both in.
For the next few years, Alex and Mackenzie were fine. They loved their foster parents, and, as Alex was so young, took them as their 'new' parents. Obviously, the two still had nightmares about their mother and father, and didn't know what a foster home was.
When Alex was seven, the two were moved to a new foster home on the countryside of Florida. Alex screamed as they took him away, saying, "I love you," to his foster parents one last time. They only lived at the new home for three years, which was quite a relief, as neither really liked the strict, hide-swear-words-from-your-kids adults. As if Mackenzie and Alex didn't know what all the swear words were.
When Alex was ten, and Mackenzie was twelve, Akex were adopted by a family here in Cornwall. His sister was adopted in nearby Charlottetown. After three years of living with the Frost's, Alex had his name changed, though uses his actual abbreviated name for important things, like driver's licenses.
Alex loves his adoptive parents, as he loved his first foster family. Still, Alex is determined to find his mother again. He's older now, and knows a bit more about family and trust.
