Okay, so this is pretty simple. You can use a celebrity/model/idol/whatever as your character's appearance, which can make things so much easier. If a face has already been claimed and the character using that face is active, you're gonna have to find a different one. If it's claimed and the character with that face hasn't been active for 3 WEEKS, you can take claim to the character. It's as simple as that.

Canon claims are subject to change, and, if they aren't currently reserved, can be changed. Just PM an admin who you want to use, and we will change the canon's play-by.
