For those of you with cable, Sci-Fi is airing a new series on Fridays, starting tomorrow at 10PM Eastern/9 Central. This series, Painkiller Jane, is based on the comic book series of the same name. From what I've seen of the previews, it looks exciting!

I just caught the pilot episode of Painkiller Jane and all I can say is "Wow." It was really good, I hope Sci-Fi doesn't screw it up, they've got a potentially awesome show on their hands. This was definitely a good way to start off the series and the next episode looks like it's going to carry the momentum of the pilot. It's going to continue to air on Fridays at 10/9c it seems. So, if you missed the pilot, log on to their website and check out what's going on and tune in to the next episode, it's really good. I am pretty picky about comic book translations into movies and tv series, but this one is starting off really good.
