I just added The Simmer's Counsel so the simmers have a place to talk about their stuff. For example, like who will sim, who won't be able to sim, test sims, etc. Its for simmers only. PM me, or I'll PM you. Doesn't matter. However, if I see its inactive, I will remove it.
