I mean hell - I told ya like 2 times... the Apache Group did away with the control panel that the tutorial speaks about.... It doesn't exist anymore...

If it were my tutorial and I had written it - it would be 110% correct and easy to follow - but as it turns out a loser from some other site wrote it and has no clue what he is talking about anyway... I bet if you email that guy - his server doesn't even work because of how he tried to install it...

As for the PHP and MySQL - the tutorial explains all.... Once those are installed the only step more is to learn the languages - which is not an easy thing to do... It helps to have even the most basic programming background... Programming Languages are NOT easy to learn...
