I. General Rule Of the Forums

1. Respect your fellow forum-mates, admins and mods.
= This is self-explanatory, don't you think? Really, respect one another. No flame wars. No I hate this or I hate that. Let's spread world peace. Members should respect their mods and admins. Whereas, Mods and Admins have to respect also their members.

2. When responding to an RP, please try to match the post length of the Topic Starter. POSTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE NO LESS THAN TWO PARAGRAPHS, FIVE SENTENCES EACH.

3. Do not constantly bug Administrators or Mods
= Administrators and Mods are human also. We have our own lives, problems and things to prioritize on. So, if you have a complaint, don't flood our message inbox or make threads to catch our attention; instead wait patiently for our answers. We'll try to get to you as soon as possible.

4. No god moding/Mary-sue or Gary-sue.
= It means, what YOU KNOW isn't necessarily what YOUR CHARACTER KNOWS. You may know about Mary Sue being a goddess, but YOUR CHARACTER DOESN'T (until Mary Sue says she is.)

II. Posting Rules

1. All Posts should be in third-person format. With the exemption of thoughts and other first-person possibilities.

2. Paragraph form is a must. We don't want to read a huge block of text[When people write this way, it's pretty annoying; and it HURTS the flow of the story and the eyes]. A single post should have at least 5 sentences.

3. Swearing... keep it to minimum and at PG-13 level. Please.


III. RPing Style

Some of you may think the RPing style here is different from the other forums. It is actually quite simple. We are in one world, and we have a lot of RPs that tell of socialization instead of having a Dungeon Master that guides you through missions. There are special exemptions, so I will introduce a different RPing thread for it.

The sub-title or topic description is the MOST IMPORTANT IN A THREAD. The title can almost be anything that strikes your mind, or a brief sentence explaining the thread.


THREAD LEXICON

*mission* - A MISSION THREAD WITH DUNGEON MASTERS. This is the special thread.

OTA - Open To All. EVERYONE can join in, provided they've read the thread and have asked the topic starter. If it has 0 replies, you are free to join it without asking.

attn: -CHARACTER NAME- - Attention: Character Name means that it is an open RP that calls out mostly to one or two people's characters. PMing the topic starter with the approval of all who joined is a good idea before posting in an ATTN thread.

*closed* : STRICTLY for the people invited by the topic starter.

*social* : A more SOCIAL oriented thread.

And for those who'll cross the line...
NSFW (Not Safe for Work)- Contains sexual content, MATURE audiences only. Because we don't want to make "Soccer Moms" furious.


IV. Misc. Rules
1. If posting a huge picture in the spam thread, avoid posting the whole picture, instead, please post the URL or a Thumbnail of an image. Warn members if the image is NSFW. We hate seeing "Soccer Moms" angry. And we don't want to eat bandwith.
