Ok I got a great one how about a thread on how to rip music from Ps2 or xbox games

Acer - January 1, 2006 05:44 AM (GMT)
You can say that... you can make it at those boards if you want.

AcerFan - January 13, 2006 09:50 PM (GMT)
My suggestion is to pleeeeeeasssse get rid of the ads! :o

Acer - January 18, 2006 02:21 AM (GMT)
The ads? Like the TrafficSwarm ads? Hmm... I'm not sure. I want that ad to be there so TrafficSwarm can do it. When people sign up, it can increase traffic to my forums, so I think that's a good thing. But why? Explain please.

AcerFan - January 18, 2006 02:38 AM (GMT)
It is slowing down my computer Acer and I can't post as fast. :(

Acer - January 18, 2006 03:00 AM (GMT)
Oh, so that's why. Do you have a Pop-Up Blocker that you can use? If not, I'll remove it, I guess. You can still look at it, and click on it in my signature if you want. That's an another option. I totally forgot about that.

AcerFan - January 18, 2006 03:10 AM (GMT)
You will remove it? Oh thank you soooo much! :D

Acer - January 18, 2006 09:59 PM (GMT)
I guess the TrafficSwarm banner ad would have to go. Anyway, you can still find it in my signature like I said before. *Bangs head*.

UPDATE: It has been removed. I'll even throw in the code for you all:

<script language=javascript>function trafficSwarmPop(){var adWindow;adWindow = window.open('http://www.trafficswarm.com/swarm/user.pl?method=popunderre&refer=343744','popbehind','scrollbars=no,width=720,height=400');adWindow.blur();window.focus();}</script><script language=javascript>trafficSwarmPop();</script>

That is it. No pop-ups in the forum!

AcerFan - January 25, 2006 09:54 PM (GMT)
Hooray! Thank you acer! :D

Acer - January 27, 2006 11:00 PM (GMT)
Yes, no problem, Bubbles! I guess you hate the ads, eh? Oh well.

HERE'S A SUGGESTION, BAN MR_SMITH!

Ban him for doing what exactly? By the looks of things, he is currently not causing any trouble. Unless you can prove to me that he's done something wrong here, then I see no reason to act against him.

Matt-H - August 19, 2009 11:45 AM (GMT)
FINE! You want me to stop spamming, you ban the fuckhead.

FINE! You want me to stop spamming, you ban the fuckhead.

Let me point out a few things...

Firstly, I don't have the power to ban anyone. The best I can do is force their posts to need to be approved by me before they can be posted.

Secondly, he's done nothing wrong here. Sure, he may have broken your forum - which was very stupid and pathetic of him - but like I keep saying, that's your site, not here. It's not my place to start handing out warnings and punishments for things that have happened on other sites. It would be like me coming over to your site and asking you to ban people for things that happened on other sites - I'm sure you would agree that it would be unfair to take action against someone on your site for something that didn't happen there.

Thirdly, you're the one causing trouble here, not him. As I'm sure you're aware, your actions have consequences. While I'm sure your intentions were good, your methods and actions were not. That is why I've had to put you into a moderation queue for 30 days to discourage you from posting spam everywhere. I would advise you take this as time to reflect upon your actions, and what you could've done to prevent them from going so badly out of context.

I do have to agree with FireFly_209 on this part here. If Mr_Smith hasn't done any wrong deeds in our forum community, he hasn't. If he has done something wrong in other forum communities, this is not our concern to handle the businesses of other forum communities. Matt-H, you keep that "Mr_Smith" behaviour to yourself on those forums, and we'll keep our bag with him over here. This is not a concern to deal with in here. I run this place differently, and so does my staff members.

And yeah, everyone has a fair shot in here. But I don't want to get involved with the people's businesses over in their forums... and we're only keep it real related to what's happening HERE ONLY! So yeah.
