WHO THINKS MR_SMITH IS A FUCKFACE, WHO CAN'T TAKE A FUCKING WARNING.

No, that comment I made wasn't a joke... Fact is, he can't even take a few warnings, so you know what he does, he "hacks" my forum (The Super Gamers) and deletes everything, all members, boards and posts. That forum was one of my most successful forums and he destroyed EVERYTHING!

That was the summary, now let me go deeper..
A couple of weeks after Mr_Smith and I left this forum, he continued his moderation on my forum, he eventually got promoted (he had been a mod for a while) to "Staff" - a staff user group that has some Administration privileges, as I thought he did a good job in keeping the trash off the forum. However, shortly after his promotion, he started to get too big of a head for his own good, even telling Admins off for wrong doing (when they weren't even doing anything) and changing the forum around without consulting the other staff first (which of course is the purpose of the staff board, but he began to think that he didn't have to post there) when it clearly stated that "you were to record and consult the other staff on changes to the forum and site" and "that EVERY Admin and staff were to record changed in the respective forum"

My Admins (and I) began giving him warnings in hope that he'd stop what he was doing and stop the way he acted, after the first warning, he was fine about it, stopped for half a week (what he was doing) and followed the staff specific rules, however, after that half a week he began doing the exact same thing as he did before his first warning, so I gave him a second warning, he took that overboard, taking over the forum, demoting all Admins (he must've been a dumb-ass, because one of my Admins still had Admin privileges and managed to take back the forum, briefly), after one of my Admins took back the site, Mr_Smith came back, retook the site and deleted EVERY SINGLE THING on the site, EVERYTHING! That was when I started another forum of the same name, but that wasn't as successful. That is why I am (still) angry at Mr_smith.

Like I said via PM to you - I can understand you're angry about this. Hell, I'd also be angry about it. I'd be so angry I'd wanna rip someone's head open. But randomly spamming your feelings about him isn't gonna do you any favors. All it'll do is force me to act against you for breaking the rules. If you can come to me with proof that he's done something here to break the rules here, then that's fine. But until you do, then there's nothing I can do. And no amount of spam is gonna change that. Sure, things happened on your site. But that's your site, not here. I'm a staff member of Acer's Forums, and can only act on things that happen within Acer's Forums. It would be wrong of me to warn or ban Mr_Smith for things that happened outside of Acer's Forums.
