Matt and Mr_smith - As much as I would love to put you in a padded room and let the two of you fight it out, you're both gonna have to pack it in. I'm fine with you discussing things in a friendly and mature way, but this flaming has got to stop. I know it, you know it, Acer knows it... So why do you insist on continuing it??

For the record - I know for a fact it was you, Mr_smith who started the whole thing right from the start - which is why you were the first to get a warning point. The proof of this can be found by clicking the warning level number next to any of your posts - this sends you to your warning reports, and tells you why you have been warned in the past. Also, you have just recieved one from me for flaming in this thread. (and another for flaming in the staff-application threads)

Matt - your best option would just be to ignore him. Responding will only continue the cycle, which can so easily turn into a flame wars. OK, you're not the one who started this, but responding is just gonna get yourself into trouble as well. Consider this a verbal warning, though - any more swearing and use of language against others and I'll have no choice but to punish you as well...

Mr_smith - be mature about the situation, accept the fact you have done wrong, and stop responding to Matt. You have received warning points for your actions, and any more flaming and I'll be forced to apply posting restrictions. And before you consider posting flame remarks about your punishment - remember that all your negative actions are working against your staff application. Flaming me will only serve to reduce your chances of promotion even further.

And before anyone considers editing their posts - they have all been print-screened.

- I don't care who started the argument, nor who is the victim. You two need to calm down and settle your differences elsewhere, but not in this particular forum, or topic, for that matter. It just makes the negativity worse, and it doesn't bode well with other people who visits the forum and sees the negative bullcrap that goes on.
