Regarding Recent Forum Events!

Ok peoples, its time for a little Forum get-up-again by me, your own Gaming Moderator, Turok.

Many of you have seen recent spam bot attacks:

I dont want anybody to be harmed or afraid by this. These recent attacks havnt hurt
our community by any means, and we are working
on these certain events.

Let me make known, I have spoken to Acer, as well as FireFly and AcerFan.
We have aknowledged that Acer is extremely busy with work (school, jobs, family, etc.),
and he just hasnt the time to check by every day like he used to.

Those waiting forum affiliation, staff applications,
or any other things concerning Acer and his businesses,
it seems that you will have to wait just a few moments longer.

Let me go back to the spam bots. They have gotten here because
we have a high, VERY HIGH viewer ratings, and these bots are from
other smaller forums reeking havok on the better ones. You can only
guess what I mean by this:

That we are one of the most favorite and one of the best InvisionFree
forum communitys active! I dont know if anybody is psyched about
that, but I am! Lets show some Acer Supreme Forum Hits spirit by posting
the little affiliation sig on all the other forums we may be on to get other
people to our forums, and to express our great pride in the forums!

My Comment Speech From Turok And To Everyone Here:

1.) The recent spam bot attacks have happened in around November of 2006, or even past that, but anyways. Do not be alarmed. It could be because some "people" might have implemented this "attack" on us for no good reason. However, this forum community is still safe to post in, so please, do not worry or get emotional on me if it still happens. Ignore it and I'll take good care of the situation intact.

2.) Yeah, I have been really busy with stuff at the moment, so you can see me on and off on some days, but like I said before, the spirit of myself lives on, so please, do not be alarmed if I don't come on that often. Everyone has a life, even I have a life, so stay patient and I will log on eventually to see what the situation is so I can get to the bottom of things here. If you still want to contact me, then go ahead to do so! I'll be happy to see your friendly replies.

3.) That is correct. For those who is still awaiting their affiliations and staff applications or even their name changes approved, then be patient until I get to them. They are a lot of threads to be replied in, so it'll be a bit longer until I have some days off to do them or if I have the time. So stay patient. I know that some of you people are anxious of this, but it's just the benefits or things, so hopefully, I hope that you can wait it out for a bit while as the situation is still being observed and cleaned up at this time. Thank you for your extreme co-operation for this important matter!

4.) Indeed. Since we're #3 on the Other Communities > Everything category with around over 25,600+ hits, some unparticular spam bots have come into play for no good reason. We're still investigating on this situation as this develops and we're still cleaning out the ranmants of these spam bots.

5.) Yes, we're still popular judging by the number of hits this forum received, I urged you to keep on supporting it and keep on getting those hits higher, because we do need this as of late! Although this forum has been struggling with activity a bit, every post after post, this forum will not die, even me, won't die for this matter. So keep it up, show some respect to this forum community, contribute, and support this worthy forum at all costs! Show the emotional and spiritual of your heart and get this forum going and running back up again!

6.) Like Turok said, please post this amazing forum affiliation mini-banner that someone created for me into your signatures in EVERY FORUM you go to. This is to support your dedicated cause and heart to this forum, and this forum only. We need this to possibly attract more members, and even get things started with active members! So good luck and may everyone have a safe journey lie ahead as 2007 rolls.
