Deciding what to cook

Hi all! just a question. I am a woman with AS and find it hard to decide what to cook and anxious about that. Once the menu is decided (usually by DD) than it is fine but the overwhelming choice is still hard. Does it happen to you? Does it get easier? How are you dealing with housework? If at home are you not very bored? How do you organise your day? Right, many questions already...
Looking forward to reading your answers.
Thanks

It's a bit slow around here right now.

I have some anxiety over what to cook. I usually get over it by remembering what is healthy and basing my meal plans around the Canadian Food Guide.

Housework is something I'm working on.

Thank you Corinne.

I hope lots of other women with AS are going to answer to that link. I am checking so often and wonder how all of you deal with housework and cooking.

I find the lack of structure during the day not so easy to deal with. There is freedom but then how to use it and make decisions about waht to do next and how long for.

I am definitely working on my role at home as a woman, how are you doing?
