Cruel or kind?
It can bring happiness and peace,
To even the most miserable.
It can unite people,
Even those who are enemies.
And it can heal,
Even a broken heart.

But, that broken heart,
Was caused by love.
Blind love for someone
Who is unworthy of such a heart.
Abused and broken,
The heart lies dying.

Love is the cause
Of good and evil.
It can soften the hardest of hearts;
Or put hate in the kindest of souls.
People kill for love,
But, people kill for hate also.

Is love pure, or unclean?
It is uncertain.
Because just like hate...
Love is only a feeling.
And in the end,
Is it worth it?
