Hmmm... Bush gets my vote. We are in no position to have a weak democratic leader right now. He will pull us out of Iraq and all sorts of bad things will follow. We have to stomp out this Anti american attitude overthere before leaving. If we pull out too soon they will just hold a grudge against us and things will get worse, much worse.

I will vote for just about anybody at this point to get Bush out of office.
He is on some sort friggin' religious kick now and wants to clean up the air waves and censor what he hear and see. Fuck that and fuck him. There is supposed to be seperation between church and state, but Bush no longer seems to remember that. I say that we should pull out of all Middle Eastern countries and turn them all to glass. There is nothing coming out of there but negativity. -------------------- What do Saturday nights and baby seals have in common? They are both made for clubbing. Armageddon |

Kerry on terrorism and his plan for action: "I think I can wage a more effective war on terror than George Bush is waging". Yep thats it! Nothing on his plan except that he could do better. Wow this guy is great!
How about his stance on oil prices? If we were to change and create stability again and have a breath of fresh air in America's foreign policy ... we will reduce the cost to Americans, and we will increase the ability of Americans to do business abroad," Kerry. Wow nothing could be more vague. And seeing as how he has consistently voted against lowering oil prices while a senator what makes you think he will do that as president. For crying out loud he voted to raise the price of gas 50 cents for tax purposes! Now he wants to tap into America's Strategic Oil Supply. Heck no! This guy just oozes the meaning of great leadership. If he is elected America is doomed. -------------------- "Truth does not change according to our ability to stomach it." Flannery O'Connor

He sounds like just about every other politician.
I am completely against Bush's censorship kick and would vote for this loon to get rid of him. -------------------- What do Saturday nights and baby seals have in common? They are both made for clubbing. Armageddon |

How could you beleive in Bush? He is, first of all treating gays and lesbians as second class citizens. How can we not have the same rights as "breaders"? I bet right now your saying something like,"It will defile the meaning of marriage." Well, what about the divorce rate? Or These shows like, who want to marry a millionaire, and others like it? And we are fghting the smae battles that he blacks faced not even 40 years ago. It was illegal for them to interracial marry, and in some states the law was held untill 1967. If Bush is re-elected and he gets the gay marriage ban passed what next our right to vote or or make it illegal to hold hands in public? And what happened to the speration of church and state?!?!?! The only reason I am going to vote for Kerry is because he is the lesser of 2 evils. I would vote green party but then Bush would have a greater chance of winning. And as far as the war thing and terrorists I say bring every troop home and put them at the boarders and at the seaboards so they can protect the right way instead of running around looking for these animals.

Yup, this is the same stuff that I have said.
Why should we care if homosexuals want to get married? I am not a fan of the concept of marriage at all. It is just a legal document that states what you already know. You want to be with a particular individual. The paper just gets you a tax break. Give everybody who stays together for a certain amount of time the same tax break and do not worry about the damned paper work. At least that way it will save on lawyer bills and you can always leave each other without giving away all that you have earned. Whee, we are losing track of the main topic. I do not like Bush and will vote for a better candidate as soon as I can figure out which one sucks less. -------------------- What do Saturday nights and baby seals have in common? Hell, I'd vote for anybody over Bush. Since it looks like Kerry is it though, it'll be him.
Sure, we need to stay there till the anti american blahdeblah goes away. Not much of a news flash, but as long as we're over there, and probably as long as America exists period, it's not going to go away. In fact, the longer we're over there, the worse it's going to get. Just help get the government in place, and pull out. If America did what it should have done, nuked the place to begin with, it wouldn't get rid of any ill attitude toward america, but I bet it would have got the point across and left those countries to spend their own time and money toward preventing terrorisim instead of ours. Honestly, a lot of people are sick of our policeing the world like we really shouldn't be. Remember, just because you can do something, doesn't mean it's right, or that you should. A lot of our problems today come from that. The economy has dropped streight into the shitter since Bush took office, and I mean, befor 911, though that definately didn't help either. And Bush has really done nothing to help improve it. After all, War's hard on an economy, and as long as we're at war, a lot of it's not going to get better here. And no matter how good we make it somewhere else, what's it matter if we're still suffering? Seriously, instead of being over there fighting for oil, and that's what it's really about, don't let this terrorism nonscense fool you. Instead of being over there fighting for oil, wouldn't it make more scense to put that money toward developing meathods of producing oil in different ways? More fuel effecient cars, rubber made of stuff that doesn't need oil, etc, etc, etc? I'd think so. So, exactly what is the government spending per day over in Iraq, which could be better used at home? How about making a deal with canada to build a pipe across their country so we can ship our own oil to ourselves, instead of shipping all the Alaskan oil to Japan? Invest in technology to make electric cars more efficient. You know, there's all kinds of ways the government could use it's brain to help the american economy instead of crapping on it. And the price would probably be a lot less than what it's costing to finance the war on Iraq, and other such wars that have happened, and will. Also, just frankly, I don't like a lot of what Bush wants to do with cleaning up the airwaves and telling people they can't get married with the same sex, etc. I could care less if some gay's wanted to get married. I don't aprove of it myself, but it's not hurting me in any ways, so I don't understand the shitfest over it myself. Cleaning up the airwaves... ha...that's just an excues to remove our freedome to choose what we want to watch and listen to. What's next? I suppose we're going to start getting our movies and games edited too? It's going to become Robo world where we watch, listen to and play what the gobernment tells us to weather we like it or not. If there would be heavier penalties for someone, say, shooting up their school, rather than a slap on the wrist, I bet our crime rate would drop. Censoring stuff won't do shit, exept piss of people who would ordaniraly never do anything to anybody for any reason. You'll end up with the US becoming a bombed out waistland with "worship the government posters" and gunfights on every street corner. As far as how Kerry sounds, yeah, every thing he's said is vague as hell. But he hasn't said a bunch of dumbass shit like "read my lips, no new taxes" either (Bush Sr, I believe, or was that Clinton?) Not saying stuff is bad, but blatently luying is worse IMO. What has Bush said? Going to stomp out terrorism, police the world, which translates to (going to stay over there and make sure we get oil, to hell with the american economy, as long as the world thinks we got big gonads, it doesn't matter if the rest of our body shrivvles away to nothing) -------------------- -----=-----=-----=-----=-----

Leave Iraq to rot for all I care about it. We ousted their nasty little tyrant and now they miss him. Put the asshole back then. They do not want us there and are going to continue to dispise us no matter what actions we take.
It is too late to drop a nuke on them at this point or the rest of the world will turn on us and we will never be left alone. Pull out and concentrate on the problems in America. We finally listen to all of the people who wanted a more global outlook from the US and now we are the assholes of the world. Fuck them all. Take care of the problems that we have here and if we can manage that then we can look around at what is going on in other parts of the world again. -------------------- What do Saturday nights and baby seals have in common? Actually I was thinking more like 'Guh, gay butt sex.' But then I thought, 'Who the hell are you?'. (Who the hell is/was that?) Like many people, I've seen the things that Bush has done and he hasn't gotten results. Sure, he completely annhilated another nations army and put our forces there. And missed the 2 deadlines to put a stable government in. And has that upped FCC thing. And the gay thing that like 50% of america's don't care one bit about. And the pollution cut backs and the cutting of forests too. So pretty much everyone wants someone else in office. Even though it may or may not be an even more incompetent retard. -------------------- ![]() BEWARE, COW-RAAAWWWRRRR!!!! |

It seems to be one of those times where change is imminent even if we do not see a better solution.
Mr. Kerry, you just won the presidency by default. What are you going to do now? Who me? I'm going to screw up just like I said I woudn't. -------------------- What do Saturday nights and baby seals have in common? They are both made for clubbing. Armageddon |

If there is a changeit will be like the last election. Extremely close. I wonder if people will still say their vote doe not count? Seriously last election came down the nitty gritty. Pretty much to a town in Florida.

I have yet to vote in an election, but will likely make this the year to break the chain of inaction.

The war on Iraq WILL LOSE. Noone wants us there, it's a deadlock, and it will not end anyimte soon. People will ALWAYS fight back no matter how long america keeps troops there.
Not to mention we shouldn't be there in the first place. Bush is one of the worst presidents I've ever seen. America needs to find a good leader, look what's comming next... Hillary or repbulicans new leader..... Well, won't that be fun... Hillary is a crazy bitch who thinks everything should be banned. I'm not 100% sure on her side of the war. Or repbulicans new leader again, won't that be a bitch... This post has been edited by Keria Lockheart on Nov 6 2005, 10:28 PM -------------------- |
