Do you ever have days where you just feel unsettled and not peaceful? I'm having one of those days. I just can't seem to relax. I'm anxious about the last couples therapy with my ex-partner happening this afternoon and I'm anxious about not understanding exactly how to do my testing here at work. And then, classic Cathy, I'm worried about being worried about this stuff. :blink:
Oh well. I just have to get through today and then I have a nice weekend coming up. I am going to do lots of fun stuff:
- Hike Saturday morning
- Go to a Stanford Women's Basketball game Saturday afternoon
- Go to a pancake breakfast with friends Sunday morning
- Go on another hike Sunday afternoon.
