Do you ever have days where you just feel unsettled and not peaceful? I'm having one of those days. I just can't seem to relax. I'm anxious about the last couples therapy with my ex-partner happening this afternoon and I'm anxious about not understanding exactly how to do my testing here at work. And then, classic Cathy, I'm worried about being worried about this stuff. :blink:

Oh well. I just have to get through today and then I have a nice weekend coming up. I am going to do lots of fun stuff:

  • Hike Saturday morning
  • Go to a Stanford Women's Basketball game Saturday afternoon
  • Go to a pancake breakfast with friends Sunday morning
  • Go on another hike Sunday afternoon.

Hey Cathy,
I know exactly how that feels. It sounds like you have plenty to make you feel unsettled though. You're taking care of YOU and doing things you enjoy, that's a good sign! It's too easy to hibernate and close yourself off when you feel that way. Hey if you weren't worried about being worried, you might worry about NOT being worried! :haha: Have fun at the pancake breakfast (yum) and on your hike!!! PM me if you ever need to talk.

Well I had an unsettled week last week - it's work that does it for me, winds me up. I think we should work 2 days a week, and have 5 days off instead. The only thing I've found to keep it at bay is exercise. An hour or so in the gym seems to help me put things into perspective. Plodding up and down a swimming pool also works. Maybe the hiking will do it. Hope you don't get too cold. It was
