I'm really sad this morning. I turned on to the street this morning from my condo complex and there was the friendly neighborhood cat, Pinky, dead on the street. A car hit her. So sad. I loved that kitty even though she wasn't my pet. She was the friendliest cat I have ever met.

I got interviewed for a San Francisco Chronical article about the asexual community here in the bay area last week and tonight they are sending a photographer to take my picture. I'm hazarding a guess that the last time I was photographed by a professional photographer was for a school picture! I have no clue what to expect. The photographer is coming to my condo at 6 p.m. I am not dressing up special for the picture. I want folks to see me as I normally am.
Today I have to attend a meeting at work to review software test results. It will be both tedious and nerve wracking. I'll be glad when its over.

Today's a very relaxing day, aside from the heat outside and the pain in my wrist from an old accident involving a mountain and a waterfall. Officially one month until I head up to Colorado for college.

If you had to have an accident Ace ... might as well be near a mountain and a waterfall!!
I should be working right now and not posting here but I need a brain break. Work has been ultra busy this week. We are trying to get these software test reviews done before one of the reviewers goes on vacation next week. We have a 2 hour meeting tomorrow that I have to prepare for. I'm writing the test documentation and it is what gets put up on the big screen to start off the analysis of the test and its results. I need to get at least 4 more tests documented before tomorrow. Its doable but I may be working at home again tonight to get it done.
Hopefully next week since the reviewer is on vacation we can have a breather and start working on all the action items that have come out of these review meetings!

This is sooo not a Tuesday, but...
yogachick- I'm going to be studying the technical/design aspects of theatre, so basically one of the people who work on the sets and such of theatres, concerts, venues, etc.

That sounds like an amazingly creative, fun job! How long to get your degree? Best of luck to you Ace!

Its lunch time at work. I'm having peaches, a banana, and some yogurt in my office. Tomorrow I'm going out to lunch with my older brother. Its his birthday. He'll be 53 years old. We are going to Hobees.
It sure has gotten quiet here this week. What are folks up to?

Having trouble getting myself motivated to dive into work this morning. I really could use a day off. Its going to be a busy day. First work, then a 2 hour hike, then a board meeting. So I won't have free time till around 9 p.m. tonight. Sigh. Although the hike will be nice.
