Well, got my red and white thing going, went downtown, sang the anthem, heard the mayor's address (and shook his hand afterwards), ate poutine, went down to the legislative grounds, got in the crossfire of a water gun fight and had a good day. Didn't get to kick Steven Harper in the privates but you can't win 'em all.

Had to look up who Steven Harper was. :P

Sounds more exciting than my 4th of July was (America's Independence Day).

I also had to look up poutine. Woah. That sounds... interesting.
