Azure Village
"Byeeee Jackkk! Come by again pleeaassseee!" Ann screamed across the desolate plains, tears rolling down her sunburnt cheeks. Jack had just been in Azure Village with his parents' on a camping trip. Before he or his parents knew, his simple nature walk turned into getting lost and popping up in "The Old Man's" yard. The two bonded at once and went to search for his parents immediately. After the meeting of the farmer and Jack parents', The Old Man introduced Jack to his granddaughter, Ann. They too grew an inseperable friendship instantaneously.
Ten years later, Jack gets a letter in the mail. The deed to The Old Man's farm and land. Without any thought, Jack packed his bags to see if this was true. Sadly, it was.
"Hey. You. Whatdya' doin'? This ain't your land?"
Jack spun around seeing a plump man wearing a bright red suit.
"I am the mayor of this here village. I am sure the man who used to live here didn't leave ya' this land ta' sum' stranger."
"Uh-I...I have the deed to this land, mayor, sir," Jack muttered innocently.
"Er. Oh. Let meh' see." The Mayor grasped the old, rugged sheet of parchment and studied it closely. "I see. I see. Well, welcome to Azure Village. Not much for a young fellah' like you to do here, but I am sure the locals will love ya'." With that, he spun around and strutted off.
"Geez," Was all Jack thought as he studied the weed invested fields and empty barns. "Lots of work that's for sure."
Now, its your turn at this village. Grow a variety of crops, raise animals, get to know the locals, or meet the love of your dreams. Whatever you choose, it's all in your hands.
