grant does not have many friends - he has acquaintances and people to act accordingly with. he's a workaholic and he does not trust easily. although he's a brilliant student, grant fails when it comes to being sociable.

who would hate grant except those that have worked in close spaces with him. he's quite controlling in group work, and he's a perfectionist to the point where he's a bit neurotic. people might be weirded out by his need to have all of his books, utensils or supplies in a specific order. i don't think grant would give anyone a specific reason to hate him and he doesn't hate anyone, really, but if you have a good plot idea, go ahead and offer it up. (;

•lovers
girls are a complete mystery to grant. he knows how to act with them (or at least, up until the 18th century when chivalry was still alive), and opens doors, picks up their dropped items and et cetera, but he is completely stuck with courtship. he doesn't do 'flings' or 'friends with benefits' and he has never had a previous relationship before. remember - grant is married to his work, haha!

but of course, she's tres insecure when it comes to other
people, since she has a monthly problem that extends
far beyond tampons. she's rather shy, so she'd sort of
hover around him, and he'd probably have no idea that
she was completely enamored. and whenever he stepped
back and said ladies first she would definitely die.

so, since i love alex pettyfer with all of my
heart, i have to throw nora dear at grant.
poor him. xDD anyway, i kind of have a
plot idea. sonora is a sucker for hawt boys
and grant certainly falls into that category.
so, she'd have a massive crush on him and
would always try to flirt with him and try to
hook up with him. but, being the cutie that
he is, he would be like "ER. WOT?" and not
really give her the light of day 'cos she'd freak
him out. so, sonora would be all "SJDHSJKD!
WHY ISN'T HE IN LOVE WITH ME?" and
hit on him even more and try harder than
she usually does and kind of become obsessed
with him simply 'cos he hasn't given in to her
sluttiness yet. xPP

I'm giving you Salvatrix, she'd probably definitely think he was hot and want him, y'know. But she'd also probably find him hella interesting, the way he like always studies and stuff. She's always picking little projects in people and trying to find out more about them

unless of course ravenclaw is her opposing team of the week.
then it might not work out too well.

reading his app, i thought it might kinda be cute if he tutored her because she's an epic fail at applying herself to school work. she just cannot do it. her small attention span is focused on quidditch and that is that. like i was saying, though, maybe since he studies a lot, he could tutor her. i think it might be sweet if a friendship - or perhaps a romance - blossomed from that. maybe as he tutors her in school, she could attempt to tutor him in the world of the female brain. obviously, though, it's your call!

ANNA: The thing is - Grant is too proud and neurotic about being right all the time he'll deny help from her at all. Grant is such a smartass! I already have him "tutoring" someone, but the more the merrier! But I think they might have some sort of friendship due to their avid love for the game of Quidditch.
