Darth Kir (Kiv Ren) is a gossam who wields a shoto. He is first and foremost a coward who killed his master by luring him into a trap and letting others do the work for him. He is small, weak and will run from a fight if it comes to him. He is not however stupid. He is aware of his shortcomings and works around them with his cunning and manipulation. With little more than words this sith lord has caused the deaths of hundreds and the downfall of at least three minor governments.

His mastery over the force is focused mainly in illusion, with a few powers that weaken his foes directly. He will never fight a foe on equal footing unless cornered, knowing his abilities with his lightsaber shoto are considered rudimentary at best. Though the likelihood of reaching him to face directly is in fact smaller than that of him being cornered. He is never undefended, always with sophisticated battle droids, often supplemented with sith under his sway who are more martially capable.

Darth Kir is at his most dangerous when he is away from the battle, controlling things from the security of his personal vessel. A modified Nova Courier who's cargo hold has been refitted into an impressive information networking hub, with several powerful communications and encryption/decryption devices. This command center is where he is almost always located and is the most secure area of his limited domain.
