But peace is over. Julius Caesar has just been assassinated, and among the upper classes chaos reigns. His nephew seeks to gain control and bring peace once more, but the senate want no more threats to their republic and so, led by Brutus and Cassius, they gather their armies. And the chaos spills onto the streets. Friends become enemies. Husbands die. Fathers. Brothers. Sons. Lovers find themselves on different sides, and all the while people try to continue on with their lives.
