Colors: Dark Reds and Blacks for the most part, though anything that looks 'vampiric' would work.

Preferably I'd like to have the picture stand out more from the background as opposed to blending in, along with the words....

Not as urgent, but I'd like a Signature as well.

Character Rep: Same image as above.
Colors: Very red, some black. She's innocent and naive, but won't be for long.
Words/Phrase: "An innocent human in a Dangerous City.."
Perhaps a background of a skyline would be great, red lips if there's space, and I'd like if her name was in it as well.
