LOL I'm just scared because Black Widow Spiders are abundant where I live.

We had spiders as big as my hand in the house I grew up in, so yeah they creep me out oddlyO.o Been thinking about finding a way to get rid of the phobia though:P Maybe.
Be happy it's not a Brown Recluse, there only in the West part of the US... I get to deal with those and black Widows every day. Never look at a Brown Recluse wound if your squimish, they get very nasty. But do look at one if you think your strong...
I guess living near the sea and being in the state know for surfing, and being afraid of water is a stupid one as well.

Sweetest spiders we've had around here were transparent (You could actually see right through their belly's xD)... I still don't know what kind of spiders they were and they were way the heck in Yarmouth but meh, same province. They were about the size of a person's hand, maybe a bit smaller.
And we found a dead tarantula in my basement once... to this day I still can't understand how it got there cause we don't have spiders like that in Nova Scotia.
But yeah, I can understand the fear of poisonus spiders. But I still can't understand my buddies reaction to them. Her fear came out of nowhere. Excluding the spiders I explained above and the ones that chill at bell lake out spiders are no bigger then a toonie (So for those of you who aren't canadian just a bit bigger then a quarter) The ones at the lake do get to be about the size of our hands but they don't even bite. I've held them many times. So the fear just doesn't make sense to me.
Snakes is another one I don't understand. My grandmother and Aunt FREAK out when they see snakes even if they're on the television. Again, the poisonus ones I understand but we only have tiny (harmless) ones here.... Though I did get a nasty bite from one once but that was my fault.
man our wildlife is about as exciting as a rainy day...

Wait...you live in California???
yeah, my whole life.
I was born in Cali in San Diego. I lived there for four years, then moved to Colorado for the rest of my life. I go back often though. Just recently I was In Fresno for a wedding last week, and before that I was in San Diego and Los Angeles for a week trip. I Like Cali, and miss sometimes. But all in all, Colorado is the place to live lol

Lets see my fears.
I have a fear of: -Crowds, being surrounded by people. -I suffer from Claustrophobia (lol I freak out in London tubes xD) -Bridges over moving traffic, and heights where I can see the where I would fall (being in a plane doesn't bother me until it crashes) -Wasps in an enclosed area (i.e my room D: ) -When I have a bad asthma attack and can't breathe, sometimes I swear I'm never gonna breathe again (which leads on to panic and anxiety attacks) -Failing (Not really a bad fear, it makes me pass things and doesn't include DDR) -Certain motions in cars (mainly because I've had 2 friends that had died in car accidents and I've nearly been in a few) -Throwing up (its just gross and doesn't feel nice, I haven't thrown up since I was 9/10)
At the moment I have a current fear of eating certain foods, but mainly because I've been ill. Hopefully should pass soon.

It's sometimes hard for me to speak about myself. But I'll try to name some of my fears.
1. Losing someone I'm close to (that's the main one I think, it's always terrible to lose your friends... and even more terrible to lose one of your close relations...) 2. Insects (like cockroaches and ticks; I was afraid of spiders, but now I don't pay attention on them) 3. Um... parachute jumping (I'm not afraid of height but I prefer to feel the ground under my feet XD)

Something that I'm most afarid of is actually not being able to do what I want to do (I want to become and director and write scripts, illustrate, write and so on) like losing my sight or hand or something like that.
To puke, it's disgusting.
Dark and deep water, I'm terrified of whales and sharks (even though I love them) and can't even close my eyes in a bathub.
