Paints Used :* Hormagaunt Purple.
* Red Gore.
* Blood Red.
* Fiery Orange.
* Golden Yellow.
* Bad Moon Yellow.
* Ultramarines Blue.
* Hawk Turquoise.
* Ice Blue.
* Skull White.
1. I arrange all the colours i'm about to paint with , in order ;
2. The ships name is painted on with
Ice Blue.
3. The name is tidied up , if needed.
Dust clouds are made by using a wet brush and a tiny-tiny bit of
Hormagaunt Purple. Soft curved shapes are painted , when dry , the same step is repeated to give depth to the clouds.
[On this model I did 3 or 4 layers of cloud , over each other.]Dots of
Red Gore ,
Ultramarines Blue and
Fiery Orange , are painted all over the base.
4. Red dots are then highlighted with
Blood Red , Blue with
Hawk Turquoise , and Orange with
Golden Yellow.
5. The 3rd highlight comes from
Fiery Orange ,
Ice Blue , and
Bad Moon Yellow.
The larger of the dots are then highlighted again with
Skull White.
Smaller dots of
Skull White are then placed around to fill empty gaps.
