You can have whatever combination you want in an artillery battery, which I think is what he meant.

I used a squad teamed with a Callidus in a tourney recently -

one game she brain-fried a squad holding an objective in cover after they were Weakened.

Many died - no saves - failed morale (of 2!) ran off objective.

Another game, did same combo to a Nob Biker squad sitting on central objective - they got no cover save, no Feel-No-Pain (AP 1!), and only got Cybork to avoid instant death (Str. 8 vs. LEADERSHIP 2 - by rule, she can insta-kill) They also ran for the hills, got me a win!

I like the combo - being able to fry a selected squad or instakill a character is very useful.
