I have been smoking pipe tobacco and drinking a small amount, this always makes me question certain things, such as this, so gentlemen, we know his answer, what is yours?

I don't know really. The sentimental things, love, joy.

And then the more violent things. Like the incredibly satisfying headshots in GoW2

Then there's a nice hot cup of cappuchino from Costas. Or pizza. Or lemon battered sole.

My bass and how it annoys my sister?

you pose an interesting question, and I can only reply with vague answers.

I contemplate things while lifting weights, smoking cigars, and sipping vodka. though, these occasions are all separate, I don't lift weights with a cigar hangin out my mouth and a camelback of vodka with a tube in my mouth.

Also I take long drives sometimes just to figure things out.

I find i contemplate things while swimming. [And sitting on the loo , but lets face it , that's less glamorous.]

But as for what satisfies me ; in no particular order.

*Gasping for breath , dripping with my own sweat after a run.

*Sitting back and looking at my latest painted model.

*Waking up in the morning , next to Yarricks' Maid , on a day that neither of us has to get out of bed early.

*The last 10 mins of a Karate lesson.

*Washing my hands with cold water.

Thats all for me.
Everything else is more trivial.

Ed.

i reflect, unfortunately, when I am trying to get to sleep. Only I can't turn my bloody brain off! Hence sleep deprivation.

Made worse by my favourite cappuchinos.

I reflect whilst walking, usually. Bit of fresh air always helps.

I'd say the things thta i most enjoy are:
Having a laugh with my mates
Helping people out. (And screwing with people I'm not keen on! armata_PDT_28.gif )
Waking up refreshed is a pretty good feeling.
Learning to play my favorite song on guitar
Sadly, i agree with Captain Mike on the whole headshot thing. (The geeky shame of it!)

The rest is more mundane, like favorite foods etc.

If I remember that barbarian correctly, it was:
- warm fur
- warm soup
- soft paper in the privy

like a girl once said about me

"i like the way you're so chilled taking the drink and taking a good look at the horizon, you're so laid back, so calm and confident"

staying the whole " only more 5minutes " in the bed

enjoying a casual talk with no sexual tension with my girl-friends

enjoying my crap/random talks with my buddies

driving my car to somewhere, it doesnt matter as long as i keep driving

watching the summer sunset on a cliff on the southern part of my town while listenning to some music

enjoying my coffee

playing my guitar

the usual

drawing or painting or taking photographs

Well, there's the hobby. The social aspect especially. There's cold beers in pleasant company. There's relaxing music when I'm lying in bed, knowing I don't have to get up in over an hour yet, and I can just lie there and not give a damn about the world. The pleasant sensation of putting your arm around your girl and holding her close. A good meal with good drink, and preferably good company too.

Oh so many things. Heh, I guess I'll come back to the issue later once my brain has done some reflecting. armata_PDT_01.gif

Oh, and laying a headshot on that damn Deathclaw with Harkness' plasma rifle and see it collapse in on itself to become a puddle of green goo. armata_PDT_18.gif

(Untill I can think of a serious answer I'll pretend I'm Genghis Khan)

Waking up on a winter's morning, knowing its cold outside, but the bed is warm.

Not having a cup of tea for several weeks and then just having that first cup again.

Going to my favourite bookshop and finding that one book I've been looking for for ages.

Listening to my parents' old The Who records albums on a proper record player.

Watching A Christmas Carol during the Christmas holidays (if its on any other time of year it doesn't have the same effect).

Bumping into a friend I haven't seen for several years.

Hanging out with my friends, always fun.

Going to the bar with friends and laughing it up over a nice, cool glass of Molson.

Seeing my brothers (only happens when my older brother is on leave and my younger brothers out of school).

Seeing my girlfriends beatiful smiling face, which makes even the worst problems seem small.

The feeling you get after working out or performing well in a game; A sense of a job well done.

Nice looooong sleeps.

Fixing or building objects (cars, furniture etc.)

The first snowfalls in the beatiful Canadian praires; The crispness of the air, the feeling of snow powder on your face. It's simply entoxicating. Also snow means SNOWBOARDING armata_PDT_14.gif .

And finally, of course, Actually winning with my guard armata_PDT_22.gif
