Furthermore, I'm told, and please consider this with the utmost prejudice, that there are plans within the near future, for Forgeworld to commission new Praetorian sprues. Once again this isn't from my mouth, nor is it from a mouth that I consider "trustworthy".

Although I think we all can jointly agree that new Praetorians, especially in anniversary of the "Battle of Big Toof" would be awesome [although I guess we'd have to wait for a couple more years eh?].

I see two possibilities for celebrating the anniversary of the Massacre at Big Toof River board. Either the 20th anniversary in 2017 (which, by the way, makes me feel really old because I was 13 and just got into the hobby when they showed that board). Which in all likelihood could mean a rerelease of the Praetorian boxed set (doubtful) or a release of a Mordian/Praetorian kit (just as doubtful, but you never know).

The other option is to celebrate the 15th anniversary, which is, of course, this year. And as this is the kind of thing Forge World would do, I could see them releasing a conversion pack for Cadians. But that would probably be for Imperial Armour 13 or something, if they were going to do such a thing.

And having seen the Captain Caine model, I'm now thinking there could be a version done with the Death Korp Commissar (Or a Sharpe type character)

From what I had heard from my source, this seems like the most attainable outcome, possibly slated for, if I had to guess, sometime this summer or even the holiday season; if Forgeworld were willing to make an easy dollar from the holiday season.

After all, it's now surprise that Forgeworld would make thousands if they did ever make the sprues, as the interest is definitely there.
