well I mostly do small weight and lots of reps, I do this because it hits alot of muscle groups, and i mean alot of muscle groups without me having to workout for hours on end. I do them in all in sets of 5 reps each, some 10 reps, but I try to get every rep in. The floor wipers I might exchange for mixed situps or crunches or something else. I do alternate workouts with some of the things like the deadlift, or the kb clean and press.
But really try this workout, you'll seriously be tired after doing it, it's tougher than it looks and it works, I've been doing it for like 2 weeks now and I can see results.
