Does anyone have a new pair of front wheel cylinders for my Surrey? I'm looking for a pair of new original 1 1/8" diameter wheel cylinders. I will pay $100 plus shipping.

Do the cylinders have a 1-1/4" hole to index into the backing plate ? Thanks, I also found that Jungle Jim's jeep parts has them - identical except bolt size is 5/16 rather than 1/4. A bit more expensive but I'd rather support a specialty dealer so I'm buying from him.
Thanks for all your help. Hopefully, with a little luck, I'll have her back on the road by this weekend. |

Well, damn! It turns out that the wheel cylinders Jungle Jim has require a 1 1/2" hole in the backing plate. I'm not going to screw up my backing plates so I'm back to ground zero.
Anybody have a rebuild-able LH original wheel cylinder? I found that my RH is OK to rebuild. |
