I took this out of a '55 CJ5 that I had to buy to get the winch. It's complete from fan blade to bell housing, carburetor to oil pan. Includes starter, generator, and distributor. I never tried to start it but I did run a compression test and all four ran 25 - 30 lbs. I didn't hear any clunking or banging noises during the test. I'd like to get $250 for it. (buy the accessories, get the engine free!) If there's no interest in it complete I will pull parts. Of course I'd rather not deal with shipping this but would for a little extra. I can deliver it as well within a reasonable distance for a small fee. It needs to go -- it's in my way. BW

How close to Denver are you? Headed to Estes park next week if not on fire?

Hey Jamie, I live about 50 miles north and a little east of Denver. I'm about 30 miles straight east of the High Park Fire. We're getting a lot of smoke and ash here. Makes some really weird-looking sunsets. I'm a volunteer firefighter and wish I could help, but I don't have a red card, and I'm too old for that kind of work anyway. Some guys from neighboring districts are up there, and I guess my way to help is to be available to help in their districts if needed.
Estes Park is a long ways from the fire, but, ---

I'll give it a good home! I need a back up motor. Would the week of the 4th work? Give me a call.

The engine seems to be sold, if we can work out shipping. If it doesn't go, you're next, Dennis. Thanx Much. BW
