hey everyone ,
This is the closest forum I found for a DJ so please bear with me!!!! My wife has a DJ5 mail jeep right hand drive I have been trying to find parts for it so I can restore it (yes she's a mail carrier) so you understand it needs to be reliable every time I go to a parts store they look at me like I'm nuts when I say DJ5 some parts from older cj5s work but not all since its right hand drive doese anyone know where I could find parts for this jeep or a web page with info about this jeep ? I have been looking all over the country for a cleaner DJ5 since my wife loves this little thing , I cant even find one in the bone yards Would even like to buy a parts DJ5 for spare parts to keep her up and running I would also like to convert one to 4wd since we live in the mountains with dirt roads and lots of snow in winter I bought her a newer 4wd rhd xj mail jeep but she dont like it since the little DJ turns in such small tight spots with persision so for my wife I decided I will search and seek till I find what I need to build a nice safe DJ shes like me likes the older jeeps So far I put a crate 151 iron duke engine in with a 904 transmission in it now waiting to find parts to finish it thanks for any help in my parts search and info on this jeep john -------------------- 3b'ers do it on all 4's

What other parts are you looking for. I scrapped a 1970 Dj a couple years ago and kept what few useable parts there was. Had planned to restore it but i found the frame rotted in several spots so that was the clincher to not carry out.

Anyone have any of the red or amber tail light lenses for a dj 5 they are a round lens looking for 2 red 2 amber
