Has anyone read James Rollins?? My wife really loves him, but I have yet to try one. She has read them all - even the Indiana Jones one from 2008. Anyone have any insight??

One of my favorites. Altar of Eden was excellent! Among his older works, I especially loved Deep Fathom.

I loved Altar of Eden..best book he's written in a long time. His Sigma series is starting to read like the same books.
I met him last Sept at the Cussler Con in San Diego.Very nice man, even though he was dead tired he stayed and signed books and took pics.

I've read a few of his books and haven't found one that I don't like. Deep Fathom was great.

im currently readin Map of Bones, and it does seem quite good.
any suggestions on what one i should read next?

Paul, are you reading them in order? Map of Bones is officially listed as the first Sigma Force book, but Sandstorm introduces Sigma Force (and is generally an all around awesome book).
But if you're doing them in sequence, next up would have to be Black Order...not my favorite of the series, but it's still best to read them in order.

Unfortunately we have to wait a while for the next Sigma book since his Sigma series was purchased to have a new story adapted to the big screen. Seems to be his number 1 priority for now.

nick, erm no not really unless it makes more sense to read them in order?
think i might pick up sandstorm first, and then progress in order.
