Just think, if someone (Disney ?) applied themselves

Atlantis-take a sub to a sunken city (wouldn't have to be deep) and learn about subterranean technologies.

Hundred acre wood-wouldn't be hard, at all, to pull off.

Camelot-Disney owns the Texas Rennaisance Festival. The only thing the site lacks is a castle.
