I'm talking about Captain/Chairman Cabrillo. Sometimes he's a chairman others a captain. I would think while on board ship he'd be Captain Cabrillo. This whole "Chairman" thing smacks of private clubs and golf courses. I mean in the board room you might banter "The Chairman" about but not on a combat mission with a ship full of prior service military.
