I'd post my book trailer, but I'd hate to take away from the Cussler theme. Feel free to see it on my site alleywolf.com. I sure wish Clive would get a few going for his books, there needs to be a few action adventure book trailers out there. copsmilie.gif

I'm all for anything that gets the internet generation of kids excited about actually reading a book. thumbsup.gif

I have seen these. I've noticed alot of commercials too for James Patterson books. I think it's a great idea, another way to promote reading and authors.

Several authors are creating actual commercial like videos to help promote their books. Some, like the romance novel book trailers, seem a little corny. But I have seen a few that were well done and made me want to buy the book. You can find them on youtube, myspace, and even B&N's website features them. copsmilie.gif

So a while ago I took notice to the whole "book trailer" thing on myspace and youtube, and even made one to help promote the novel I'm working on.

I know that Clive has a bad taste in his mouth from movies, but I wonder if he'd ever have a book trailer made for his books?

Any thoughts on this? which books would you want to see have trailers? copsmilie.gif
