	Clive and Dirk will be releasing the next Dirk Pitt novel in November. They will be doing a joint event at The Arizona Biltmore hotel in Phoenix, Arizona on 11/13. If you have any interest in attending the event the hotel is offering a special rate. 	I pray we have at least a few more Dirk books in our future. While I enjoy all the other series, there is nothing like staying up to all hours of the night reading a Dirk Pitt book. I venture we'll see one next year.

	Poor Dirk gets shunted aside for everyone else. Hope Dr. C has some more tales of Dirk when he was younger. The last book mentioned his getting older.

	I don't think there are. nothing has been announced, we are certainly due one though. The next books to be released are: The Thief (Isaac Bell) - March The Storm (Numa) - June Mirage (Oregon) - September As Cussler's books seem to be being released every 3 months or so I can only guess that there will be a Dirk Pitt somewhere towards the end of 2012 or early 2013. Sorry no definitive answer for you.
