So I just finished a YA book from the 70's that I found in a book collector store. It's #2 in the Tom Swift series titled, "Tom Swift and His Jetmarine".

Not a bad story for a kids book that includes a cool two man atomic submarine, not to mention modern day pirates. Near the end of the book a pirate makes mention of a girl named Jane Pitt. Turns out that the Jane Pitt is actually a cargo ship that the pirates plan on attacking... just a cool find to see a "Pitt" mentioned elsewhere in a sea adventure.
