Daughter of Clive Cussler selling in Henderson

Dayna G. Cussler has listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 3212 La Mancha Way in Henderson for $315,000.

Cussler acquired the property for $298,000 in March 2006. The 3,420-square-fot house was built in 1986 in the Greater Green Valley neighborhood.

Marcy Farris of Windermere Anthem Hills real estate is the listing agent for the sale.

Cussler is a film producer, screen writer, costume designer and film actress, and the daughter of Clive Cussler, the best-selling adventure novelist.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 7,937 sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $196,000

I didn't realize that Clive's daughter was working in the entertainment industry and even acted. Pretty cool, doesn't surprise me to much since Clive is so creative as well as Dirk.
