Labor Day 2011. The S.S. Victoria Alvarez shipped from the port of San Pedro and began her cruise across the Pacific Ocean with 144 Passengers. Captain Jonathan Kincaid kept a tight control of his crew and passengers. Standing at Six feet Four inches and a slight paunch and graying hair was a hard ass to his crew but they respected him nonetheless. Having served in the Navy for two decades Captain Kincaid tolerated very little when it came to his men and even the passengers were in awe of him. Among the passengers were 76 men and 68 women.

Edie Powell enjoyed the Band as they played in the Seabird Lounge as her husband, Tyrrell dozed beside her. At their age Edie knew better than to be upset by her husband nodding off like he did but after 45 years of marriage she had learned to love her husband's faults as well.

Next to the Seabird Lounge the Hot Bird Saloon was awash in raucous noise of a live music act and conversations that the younger crowd were engaged in. Verla Beery was being hit on by a handsome devil who was introducing himself. Hank Kalman was certainly pouring it on now. Sipping her Martini, Verla made up her mind that she was taking this man up to her cabin.

Bernie Modell was mopping the engine room when he noticed a strange glowing object appeared in front of him and too stunned to react as it slowly began to expand.

Greer Dobson was inspecting the food being prepared for dinner. The Broccoli and Beef Roulade made his mouth water and decided to have a sample just to make sure it had the right taste as Henry Milligan was making the next dish. Henry prepped the Spinach as he broke over 14 heads of it and with a serrated knife began to break it down further and walking into the freezer to grab severl batches of Carrots and walking back out of the Freezer he tossed them on the metal table with one hand and closing the freezer door with the other hand. Tall and gangly with jet black hair and wearing white pants and a red shirt with a white smock over it. Greer was ladling the Beef & Broccoli in to a small bowl. Greer's red hair and his grey uniform clashed thought Henry.

A Chinese submarine was riding the surf with her Commander and Executive Officer taking some fresh air as the Sun was low in the Western sky of central Pacific. Howland Island lay over 60 miles to the southwest of the Cruise Liner Victoria Alvarez. To the men on the deck of the submarine they saw the shape of of the Cruise Liner as it began to be enveloped by the evening sky. Without any explanation the Moon appeared to envelop the Cruise Liner. Xian-Le the Executive Officer pointed to it and explained that could not be the real Moon to his Commander, Wo-Fan. They climbed back down into the submarine and returned to their duties without much thought to what they had just seen.

4 July 2061 AD. 6:30PM "My fellow Americans it is with a heavy heart that a piece of American history has been found today, Our Colonists on Europa, a moon of Jupiter found the remains of the Victoria Alvarez, a Passenger Cruise Liner that disappeared in the Pacific Ocean 50 year ago was discovered in the frozen Ocean of Titan. How this piece of American history came to be on Titan is a mystery to us all but I promise all of you that I will do everything in my power to find the answer to this mystery and therefore I am appointing a task force to investigate this mystery. Thank you and God bless us all on this holiday and give thanks to god we are still in his bosom. Let us all enjoy this day and remember those people who have fallen in the name of Freedom and Liberty" "There you have it folks as we just learned from President Edwin Perry about the mystery of the Victoria Alvarez that disappeared on Labor Day of 2011. How it came to be on another celestial body is a true mystery. What happened to those people who were on that ship? Maybe we will learn the answers and if we don't it will be another one of those enduring mysteries of time" said Journalist Britta Deery.

2077 AD. After reading the report from the National Space and Air Intelligence's final conclusion of what caused the mystery disappearance of the Victoria Alvarez President Lyman Pitt wanted to know more about the Presidential Administration of that time. "I want to see any and all documents from President Dennis Richardson's administration, on this matter as fast as possible. Do you understand me?" cried President Lyman Pitt. Dumbfounded as to how an Ocean Liner like the Victoria Alvarez could be found on a moon of Jupiter's was stupefying and with the answer in front of him it still boggled his mind. Chase Hoagland, his Executive Assistant ran out of the Oval Office with his blonde hair loosening from it's usual neat and poofed pompadour look. Not even a full month yet into his administration the new President while sitting at his desk and realizing if he can't handle the information once it becomes public knowledge everything could blow up in his face.

June 29, 1908. Hortense Day sat on the bench sweltering in the summer heat of Washington, D.C. awaiting her sister, Ellen. "Hortense! It's me!" Ellen Channing Day Bonaparte' ran up to the bench where her sister, Hortense awaited in her large and flowing dress and was sodden from the humidity. "Why are you not as wet as I am?" cried Hortense. Ellen laughed hysterically but did not dare to reveal her secret. "Hortense! I have news! Charles has created The Department of Justice's Bureau of Investigation!"" Oh, my! Sounds deliciously hauty and important! What a coup for you and your husband! I am happy for you my dear!" "I know!" "I take it Charles will become a very busy man here in the city! You know, my dear, I have decided that I am going up to the Breakers to cool down and be rid of this dreadful humidity! I bid you my adieu, my sister! Ciao!" Hortense arrived at the station and was nearing her seat in the first class section when she bumped into a most attractive man. "Excuse me, ma'am" said Walker Shelburne. After the train had left Washington Hortense decided to get a drink in the first class lounge and sat next to the handsome man at the bar.

Upon becoming the Director of the Bureau of Investigation in 1924 J. Edgar Hoover moved quickly to make it his own and delved into the man who created it back in 1908, Charles Joseph Bonaparte'. What he learned about the man stunned him. Bonaparte' was a member of a very exclusive and secretive organization known as The Forum. J. Edgar Hoover decided to put the information into a time capsule.

"This meeting of the Forum will now start", intoned Eric Terebinski. "This meeting will be recorded accordingly" said the Secretary, Sean Carruthers. "At the conclusion of the preceding meeting a motion was proposed and seconded" stated the Parliamentarian, Robert Botsworth. "Yes, I did propose that the records of our White Dwarf project be archived due to the recent revelations about the finding of the S.S. Victoria Alvarez on Jupiter's Titan moon and it was seconded by Patricia Komorowski. The members of the Forum back in 2011 had a most ambitious project with the White Dwarf Objective" siad Julie Hammontree. "The White Dwarf data file has been stored away" said Keith Szalinski. The Forum got down to business as they followed the agenda of the meeting.

December 2011. "Do you have any answers as to the how or why the Victoria Alvarez disappeared in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, Mr. Hoagland" asked President Dennis Richardson. Edwin Hoagland sat down and opened the file and glanced at it before beginning. "All we have learned is that there's a thin connection between the owners of the Victoria Alvarez and a mysterious organization known as the Forum. Apparently a former member had a falling out with the Forum and we have only sketchy information on the Forum. There is no documentation other than that this organization was incorporated back before the Revolutionary period and a loose connection to Scottish aristocracy".
