ok, rules are thusly.
person posts a picture. people make captions over a 24 hour period (best way to be fair). the original poster decides who wins. winner gets to post the next picture. simple no?

Can we make a rule that if the winner of the caption doesn't reply within 5 day of the winner being called, the caption provider picks the second best so that this doesn't become stalled?
