I found the manga we keep using that page of, read it and laughed histerically. I have perused it and the page we post over and over is about the worst it gets in NSFWness.... But it's inuendo is striong. Plus we probly should start with something upbeat, So now presenting the Tskuhime doujin....



This manga is about an emotional and spiritual assault, a journy of the mind, body and soul..... It is also about the relationshp between man and child, and the..... oh fuck, it's a comedy manga, enough of the deep crap, next page....

As far as manga goes, there's a few I steadily read.

Excel Saga, Battle Royale, and Video Girl Ai.

I tried reading Trigun, but I hate the art in it. I find it much too hard to follow.

I preferred the Excel anime. It was just more out there and crazy.

Battle Royale is just sick. I mean that in a good way too. There are times I just have to stop reading it and let it sink in what I've actually saw. They keep pulling all sorts of neat and nasty twists out of the blue. Highly recommended for people that aren't easily disgusted or offended.

Huzzah! I've been waiting for a manga thread for a long time. I love manga, and read lots of them.

As for this manga, I've never seen it before, so I'm wondering WTF? is this the manga where "a cat is fine too" came from?

So far the only manga I've collected religiously would be Suikoden III: The Successor of Fate. It seems to stick pretty close to the actual game's storyline, plus I think it even has game dialogue thrown in there (Lucia mentions her admiration of Leon Silverberg in the manga and I've read she does the same in the game for example). They've managed to fit in quite a few characters over the 6 volumes I have, which is surprising when you consider how many are in a Suikoden game.

I'm considering looking for the Nadesico, Excel Saga and Hellsing manga. I enjoyed the anime of Hellsing (even if it was left pretty open-ended) and I'd like to compare the other two to their anime counterparts (I've heard Gai gets a much better death in the Nadesico manga as opposed to the anime).

Ok I'll discuss my manga habbits first. I read a LOT of manga.... I read lots of series, and get lots of variety. Not ebntirly by choice though. You see my local book store will carry a series, and I will start reading it, religously... until yhey run out of the next folume, which tends to happen around volume 2 or 3. So, being in a book store with 7 to 15 dollars in my pocket, I pick something else. and read that, until they run out of the nxt volume (but then mysteriously have every volume before and after just to taunt me). and I start anopther series. I have read up to volume 3 of bleach, 2 of FMA, all of trigun, but none of the book stores have volume 2 of maximum, I read up to the end of Volume 3 of hellsing, 3 of Excel Saga, 2 of Eyeshield 21, everything in sailor moon excep the last 2 volumes, I read the first three volumes of Death note before it was licenced via fanscans (I stop looking for fan scans after a series gets licenced until after I have the english released volume to cover my ass, and get every translation perspective I can to get a clearer view of what is actually happening) I also read up to the last volume but not the last volume of Ichigo 100% (I wish they could release it faster but you can't rush quality). I like reading translated Doujins. The Doujin we are reading is of a serise called Tskuhime.

I'm currently following fanscans of original Devilman, ultimate!!Hentai Kamen, Elfen Lied,FMA and Eva:Girlfriend of steel 2. Stuff I buy when I have excess cash are Gravitation, Bleach, and Othello.

I'd also be shelling out for Eva:Gos2, Trigun and Hellsing if I could afford it... :S Oh well, soon...

that reminds me, since I stopped reading SJ I haven't had a fix in a very long time... I'll have to buy the rest of the yugi-oh manga... (although I won't be so much as glancing at the "duelists" crap.)
