I was so young Gameboy was obviously the best character. He reminded me of Johnny 5. It is the show that inspired me to play SNES Castlevania.
It did not really have any other impact. -------------------- At any given moment it's hard to remember the headspace of every other given moment. But I live in space a lot.

Same. Apart from anything else, by the time I was in kindergarten, the SNES was already halfway through its life cycle to say nothing of the NES or its marketing cartoon. I'm only familiar with it through the comic.

It would make sense if the show was where I got my respect for the huge nonsensical crossover genre, actually. Captain N, precursor to all spritecomic crossovers, not just this one. O_O
