I have an idea. It is a silly idea that requires more work. Have two audio tracks for those comics. One with the characters talking normally, one with the narrator(s) talking over or interrupting them. Hey, some sacrifices have to be made when translating a purely visual work. -------------------- What pumpkin?

It's funny but I actually considered doing just that. But as I'm doing this, I'm starting to realize that's not a plausable option.
First off...yes it is too much work to be done...and more work means it'll only push back the release date for the Captain SNES audio...(Release date? What release date?) Second...the narration dialogue doesn't match up with the story dialogue the way it does in the comic panels...unless you enjoy long pauses between Alex + Ryan's discussion. I'll post more reasons as they come...but there are times I might have to take liberties with the pacing of the narration, just so that it flows better. Now it's time for a homework assignment. I need music from these songs...Bonus points for instrumental (because they're the songs Gomez sings) Addams Family Groove by MC Hammer Midwest Swing by St. Lunatics Left My Wallet in El Segundo by A Tribe Called Quest It Doesn't Matter by Wyclef Jean Because I Got High by Afroman Whew! You don't wanna know what I had to do to find out the names of all these songs! This post has been edited by Teach on Dec 2 2009, 07:45 PM -------------------- |
