I think your refering to the talking chimera incident.... Though i've only read ther manga version (thanks to RM for providing a link) and don't know how bad it is for the anime, i can easily say that that was some funked up shit... Oh yes indeedy. it gets bad. but FMA is tame compared to Gantz, which gave me nightmares. I had the wtf scene from the chimera as an avatar for a while.

Oh GJ, you have yet to hit the point where FMA *really* starts messing with your head and making you want to kill the creators for being so very, very cruel... although I will admit that episode 7 is a low point... possibly the lowest in some respects, but it still gets bad...

I never watched past ep 3..... Also since this is now the anime thread, this is to Miranda, have you seen the Slayers novels yet? I just finbished book 2.... They are the scorce material for all of Slayers, and they actually surpass the Anime.... check them out if you can.

there is slayers manga too, but the original novels are much better.... It's kinda interesting to see what is going on in Lina's head as she goes through thesae adventures, an insite you get nowhere else....
