But what if there's a square hole we'd rather like to fit into?

I just caught most of the two parter premier of Legend of Korra (missed the first fifteen minutes). Seems fine and all, but it doesn't feel like it does any good job of setting up whatever... Conflict or driving force the series is gonna' have. I mean, it looks like the third episode is gonna' kick that off... But it's kind if a detriment to the pilot.

I need to find a good quality source to watch the show. There's a few out there, but the quality is... pretty bad.

I watched a little more than one episode, and was delighted at the introduction of the inspired "Stealthy the Dwarf".

...and then likewise crushed when he was brutally killed a few scenes later.

Ah. I am watching it mostly because Rumplestiltskin is a hilarious evil trickster.

I really only watched it while spending a few weeks with my bro, who has in fact been watching it (but can't help constantly saying how it's just a crappy version of Fables).

...but damn if it didn't indelibly write that scene onto my mind... snow White and Grumpy are in prison, when this midget ninja literally comes dancing into scene. And then he gets to the cell and Grumpy just say... "Stealthy!"

And with such recognition! It's like... Of course this is Stealthy the Dwarf. What, do you people not know who Stealthy the Dwarf is?! I mean, everybody remembers Stealthy, right? He was the one throwing shurikens at the evil queen!

Never watched the Avengers TV show til just now.... How could I miss something this awesome? I feels like Marvel Universe the TV show. Wish Nick Fury was still white but aside from that I love it. I love the fine details of it. you get a sence for the trials and frustrations of the citizens in the background as the battles are going on. It's really cool. Does need more Deadpool and Squirrel Girl though.

Been watching "Mysterious cities of gold", an old Nick cartoon I used to watch parts of as a kid. I did a little googling, when I discovered this.

As the article says, pretty awesome for the dozen or so of us who actually care.

So, being the master of being late to the party that I am, I finally decided to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender. I can see why people enjoyed it. It's definitely a lot deeper than pretty much any Nickelodeon show I remember seeing when I was young, but it still has that lighthearted charm that one would expect from one of their shows.

Watch Legend of Korra.

Like, right this moment. It has a much tighter story and all in all I think it's a better series.

Edit: Plus the music is fantastic.

Watching the first series of Avatar does make Korra better, though.
