I wouldn't restrict alchohol contents, brandy makes an exelent medicine and I don't want to lose it.

Hmm...this is a good point. Perhaps completely illegalizing alcohol would not be the right solution. It would be difficult to simply control and mediate it, however.

I would just like to explain about AEA. This particular kink has nothing to do with guns. What it is is that people will hang themselfs and start jacking off while they are slowly chocking to death.
