Tournament Fight II, Let the battles begin

Notty, Disgaea has completely new stuff LONG after the plot is over with... I'm not talking about leveling him endlessly in item worlds, but in actual worlds. You have to be over level 200 to easily invade Earth, and you have to be in the thousands to take over the alternate Netherworlds. In fact, since these are alternate ways to beat the game, you COULD call them endgame.

Thrall would lose hands down. Why? Lets look at a few point:

He's a warcraft hero. And as such he's chewed up by 5-10 footmen, or a few knights.
Any combination of those is deadly on his own.

The only non elemental attack he has is his wolves..... Farsense would be totally useless in this case, unless it came down to a hit-and-run battle.

Finally, He has no way to heal himself other than potions. Assuming he doesn't have access to them, he'll die real quick.
If he does, it'll take a little longer, but he'll still die.

(Why'd it have to be Thrall? One of the least interesting WC3 heroes?)

All Thrall has to do is run up and smack Vectorman a few times and V's dead. If we assume V has roughly the same power as a demon or powerful hero, T can take several dozen of those kinds of hits.

And Vectorman can only heal by picking up powerups. Assuming THEY aren't scattered around, he'll die real quick.

Maybe, GJ but his normal attack is electrical as well..... Did we come to a decision as to wether vectorman is immune to that?

I would say lightning attacks are ineffective aginst him because there are a few stages where the weather is bad yet no lighning hits him, So there is a good chance that he is either protected aginst lightning or really frigging lucky.

We have to assume that Thrall knows how to bonk things with his hammer if he knows how to launch energy bolts from it...

And Vectorman WAS hurt by the electrical bolts of the turret enemies in the game... so he isn't immune to electricity.

You know, I actually read somewhere in one of the Warcraft d20 books that most energy blast spells are actually non-elemental raw magical energy. So that'd make Thrall's blasts affect Vectorman even if he is immune to lightning.

One more thing that has to be asked, is does he have access to any items?

I'd say no. Otherwise FF characters in the tournament would be unstoppable due to having 99 of every type of potion.

Plus ingame Thrall was the only one that managed to hurt Archimonde.

Another sign that he'd probably be able to hurt Vectorman.

Yes, but let's not forget Vector man's standard weapon. He'd be shooting at Thrall the whole time.

Hrmmm...... Ok I concede on this one.

Thrall might just be able to beat vectorman, but I'm only giving you this much cos theres no way in hell he'll advance far

Just as Thrall would be shooting at him. And Vectorman can't stand up to the punishment that Thrall can.

Thrall fights the demons from the Twisting Nether. I think he can beat Vectorman....

He fights the demons with the help of the rest of the Horde, Mecha......

Plus, Thralls only an intelligence hero. Which means that his HP will be much lower than almost any other type.

From the first battle, I would see Xianghua as the winner. She faces an opponent who comes both unarmed and over sure of his abilities. Whilst Xianghua's skills in combat are an art, Sabin's skills are both brutish and predictable. Skill shall always triumph over brute force.

The next confrontation places a brutish monster against an advance warbot. Playing the devils advocate, Doom could see the monster gaining an upper hand. Still, even then Vector man has but to self destruct, wiping both players from the field, but being awarded the credit of the kill.

In most fights, suicides are considered a negative point, while deaths are considered null. Thus it would be a tie.

Actually, Doom has a point. *gasp!*

Plus you have to take into acount that Xianghua has the spirit blade, Soul Calibur, which, IIRC, restores health on a successful hit.

If she ever got tired, she could pop Sabin to restore her strength.

I think I'll change my vote to Xianghua.
