Hii again!

I have been thinking about and looking for some useful tips when you go on holiday. It's often quite difficult because you don't know what to expect of the food in other countries. Here some tips that will hopefully help you to make your holiday perfect biggrin.gif
  1. Take your own food with you! Make sure you have some bread, cookies, ...
with you so you won't be starving out there!

  2. Before you go on holiday, check the gluten free shops and restaurants in
    that neighborhood.

  3. When you don't want to worry about whether the food is gluten free, you
can book a bungalow or a studio! That way, you can cook your own food.

  4. Print out a diet pass in the language they speak in the country you're
going to. You can show it to the hotel or restaurant owners. That way,
    they will immediatly understand you.
This list will be updated regularly as soon as I find and think of new tips!
If you have other tips for holidays by your own experience, let me know so I can add them to the list! tongue.gif
