Appearance: Kansas is 5'8", with long brown hair. Years of self defense/martial arts training has given Kansas a slim but powerful frame. She has hazel green eyes which can seem open and easy going to dangerous in a matter of moments.
Kansas often wears casual clothing, though isn't opposed to dressing up. Her costume is a lot less conservative, as it leaves little to the imagination. A bright red bra and panty set, with leather chaps over her legs and a torn tank top stretching across her abdomen is all said costume consists of. She also wears her lucky fingerless glove on her right hand, as it's the one she does the most striking with. She also wears her hair up when in costume.

Personality: Kansas is generally an easygoing, if competitive, woman. There are certain things that make her 'see red,' so to speak. She can't stand certain personality types, or people who have always had everything handed to them, or even people who are smarter than her and like to rub it in her face.
However, Kansas can also be very restless, especially when it comes to fighting. She has yet to find an opponent who can last even a single round, which is what prompted her to begin fighting crime.

History: Kansas was given up for adoption as soon as she was born, and though she was cute enough she never left the orphanage for more than a year of foster care at a time. If that. The foster families always had more than one kid from a broken home running around, and there would always be a confrontation. Even untrained Kansas was a problem to keep around, and so she became rather cynical about her chances of being adopted from an early age.
One of her foster families tried to make things work with her, taking her to a martial arts dojo to try and channel some of her agression. All it did was make her more accurate in her attacks. The man who ran the dojo was very accomplished in many crafts, and upon seeing her in action decided that it would be a waste of talent to discontinue her training. Every day after school since the third grade she would train, and at least twice a month during high school she had a tournament to compete in. Eventually her sensei was forced to retire, yet she continued on with fighting, eventually finding her way to underground MMA rings.
When the orphanage finally kicked her out, she and some of the others from the place moved in together. While they had more ambition, she was more interested in other things. They went into various businesses, and she pretty much works long enough to pay her cut of the rent, then does whatever. Living with roommates has hardly hampered her crimefighting, as they are already used to her gallavanting about at any hour.
