Taking Sasunaru/narusasu Requests, 'Cuz you know they love eachother ;)

Anything Sasunaru or Narusasu you can think of, I'll write a story on it- unless it's something I don't think I can write about. Keep in mind right now I'm only writing one-shots, and I've only seen the first three episodes of the anime.

Any ideas?


P.S. I've given up on my plans of writing a big giant fic where Kakashi gets tired of their endless bickering and handcuffs them together for three days as a "teamwork-building mission"; if someone wants to take that idea and write it up, I'd be more than willing to read and critique it, as well as offer the rough plot I already have for it. <3

You should read the manga. It has no crappy fillers, is straight to the point and makes their relationship a WHOLE lot better [not nicer though...] than the anime depicts it.

I really would love to read the manga. Takes less time, you can stop and read it anywhere, and it's usually a whole lot better. But my brother said I was crazy so I didn't do it 'cuz he's the house's Naruto expert.

I will read the manga. =D That is my decision.

If anyone has any plot suggestions... just because I don't read/watch too much Naruto doesn't mean I haven't read a million fanfictions true to the show/manga. Call me obsessed, but...

Anyway, I'm desperate for ideas. I've run both myself and my walking-talking-heaterbox-slash-idea-bank Mara-chan dry.

EDIT: I have bought and read the first two manga volumes. You were so right, Domo! I'm going to get the next few ASAP. Hishaam will just have to fill me in on the "manga vs anime" differences... I heard there was a whole episode dedicated to ramen. XD Is that true?

Actually, Hishaam (that's my beloved lil bro) has filled me in on everything Naruto without me even having to volunteer. I know enough to have my own theories about Yondaime and the Akatsuki and everything. So spare nothing! I laugh in the face of spoilers! -insert evil laugh here-

Well, here goes:
Naruto and Sasuke fight and Sasuke goes to Orochimaru like it went. Then we pop up about 10 years later. Sasuke and Naruto are both über powerful (like one would suspect ;p ) by now. They haven't met each other face to face all this time. Naruto had put his search on hold.
War between the countries had been brewing and both Naruto and Sasuke had been fighting in it. Naruto for Leaf and Sasuke as a hitman/fighter (there's a better word for this but I find myself unable to spell it properly :] ) for the highest bidder.
Sasuke is hired to kill someone important that is under the Leafs protection (I'm thinking some leader of some kind of ally group in the war, preferrably not a good looking mary-sue of either gender (because of my particular detest for such a character type).)
And I'm guessing that you see where I'm going with this right? ;D
Naruto and Sakura (plus somone else) are assigned as his/her guardians. Naruto and Sasuke meet. After Sasuke leaves (wheater or not he succeeds or not is up to you) they meet again. And the rest I'll leave up to you to do what you want.

Sound good? I'd like to see this kind of thing in a story. :3 Hope you'll want this.

Absolutely amazing. 0-0 I want to write it so badly! But I might have to do some more learning first. And write out an exact plotline. I'll have time to do this on the next long weekend I have, whenever that is... boy, this is going to be so fun! <3

Will do. ^-^ But it might not be as soon as I'd like. This is my first real off day in months, and off days are the only times I can sort out all the different parts I've written and compile them to type them up. Just giving you a heads up. And before I write anything I have to review those scenes mentioned before so I don't make any mistakes...

If you're okay with it, could you beta for this story? It would make a big difference having someone really knowledgeable go over it before I post something wierd and make a big fool of myself. Please? *offers cookies for beta-ing*

Unfortunately I'm still working on the plot graph. it's the first story I've actually had to plan out, and it might take some time to get started on. But when I do, it'll go pretty fast. I can't wait 'til Christmas holidays.

Heh, I will! ^_^ I've never had a beta before. This'll be fun! When I finally finish the plot graph, that is... I should go work on that right now. XD

EDIT: I'm still editing, but here's what I have so far:

Note that since I was passing this off as homework, I had to disguise it as such to avoid suspicion. To do that I made it unclear where the romance would come in and I shortened the characters' names to one letter. N is Naruto, S is Sasuke, and H is Sakura (H stands for Haruno). Oh, and before I forget, Kyuubi is K.


PLOT GRAPH- ORDER OF EVENTS

- pre-timeskip at Valley of the End
- Skip to S’s pov as a soldier
- Skip to N’s pov during the war
- S is assigned to kill OC#1
- Leaf gets word of it and assigns N and H to be guards
- The first, fleeting encounter (And the murder of OC#1??)
- N struggles with whether to tell Leaf that S is alive or not
- The second encounter
- The chase
- The fight
- Both are injured and N is accused of betrayal (due to K’s influence on his reputation?)
- Stuck in the wilderness as refugees (yay =P)
- N tries to find a way to prove himself not guilty of betraying Leaf

Questions to ask myself
- Why did N postpone his search for S?
- What evidence leads Leaf to believe that N has betrayed them?
- How seriously should they be injured in their fight?
- Does S succeed in his attempt to murder OC#1?
- How would that change the overall plot?
- How reluctant should they each be to fight and then to work as a team again?
- How does N prove himself to Leaf?
- What happens to S after that?


Ideas, comments, suggestions are all welcome. ^_^
